Except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, nothing in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing any person to engage in the practice of psychology as defined in division (B) of section 4732.01 of the Revised Code. This section shall not be construed as contravening section 4732.23 of the Revised Code.
