Each member of the state chiropractic board shall be paid at the appropriate rate for those days on which the member’s services or duties are required. Each member of the board shall be paid at the rate established pursuant to division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code and shall not receive step advancements. In addition, each board member shall receive the member’s necessary expenses.

4734.03 [Second of two versions] Compensation and expenses of members

Each member of the state chiropractic board shall be paid at the appropriate rate for those days on which the member’s services or duties are required. Each member of the board shall be paid at the rate established pursuant to division (A) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code . In addition, each board member shall receive the member’s necessary expenses.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.

Effective Date: 04-10-2001

The amendment to this section by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1 has been made subject to referendum in the upcoming November, 2011 election.
