Chapter 4733: PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS AND PROFESSIONAL SURVEYORS
4733.05 [First of two versions] Compensation and expenses of board.

Each member of the state board of registration for professional engineers and surveyors shall receive an amount fixed pursuant to division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code per diem when actually attending to the work of the board or of any of its committees and for the time spent in necessary travel; and in addition thereto, shall be reimbursed for all actual traveling, hotel, and other expenses necessarily incurred in carrying out sections 4733.01 to 4733.23 of the Revised Code.

4733.05 [Second of two versions] Compensation and expenses of board

Each member of the state board of registration for professional engineers and surveyors shall receive an amount fixed pursuant to division (A) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code per diem when actually attending to the work of the board or of any of its committees and for the time spent in necessary travel. In addition , each board member shall be reimbursed for all actual traveling, hotel, and other expenses necessarily incurred in carrying out sections 4733.01 to 4733.23 of the Revised Code.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.

Effective Date: 08-26-1977

The amendment to this section by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1 has been made subject to referendum in the upcoming November, 2011 election.
