4732.05 [First of two versions] Compensation.


OH Rev Code § 4732.05 What's This?

The members of the state board of psychology and the members of the school psychology examination committee shall receive an amount fixed under division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day employed in the discharge of their official duties, and their necessary expenses while engaged therein.

Effective Date: 09-29-1999

4732.05 [Second of two versions] Compensation

The members of the state board of psychology and the members of the school psychology examination committee shall receive an amount fixed under division (A) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day employed in the discharge of their official duties, and their necessary expenses while engaged therein.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.

Effective Date: 09-29-1999

The amendment to this section by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1 has been made subject to referendum in the upcoming November, 2011 election.
