(A) Each member of the Ohio optical dispensers board shall receive compensation pursuant to division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code, but shall not receive step advancements, for each day actually employed in the discharge of his official duties, and his actual and necessary expenses.

(B) The executive secretary-treasurer shall receive compensation as fixed by the board and his actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of his official duties.

4725.46 [Second of two versions] Compensation and expenses of board

(A) Each member of the Ohio optical dispensers board shall receive compensation pursuant to division (A) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day actually employed in the discharge of official duties, and the member’s actual and necessary expenses.

(B) The executive secretary-treasurer shall receive compensation as fixed by the board and the executive secretary-treasurer’s actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of official duties.

Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.

Effective Date: 03-22-1979

The amendment to this section by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1 has been made subject to referendum in the upcoming November, 2011 election.
