Chapter 4725: OPTOMETRISTS; DISPENSING OPTICIANS
4725.06 [First of two versions] Compensation and expenses of board.

Each member of the state board of optometry shall receive an amount fixed pursuant to division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day actually employed in the discharge of the official duties of the member, and the necessary expenses of the member. The executive director of the board shall receive reimbursement for necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of the executive director’s official duties. All vouchers of the board shall be approved by the board president or executive director, or both, as authorized by the board.

Each member of the state board of optometry shall receive an amount fixed pursuant to division (A) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day actually employed in the discharge of the official duties of the member, and the necessary expenses of the member.

The executive director of the board shall receive reimbursement for necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of the executive director’s official duties.

All vouchers of the board shall be approved by the board president or executive director, or both, as authorized by the board.
