Chapter 4701: ACCOUNTANCY BOARD LAW
4701.05 [First of two versions] Compensation and expenses of board.
Each member of the accountancy board shall be paid an amount fixed pursuant to division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day or portion thereof spent in the discharge of his official duties and shall be reimbursed for his actual and necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of such duties.

4701.05 [Second of two versions] Compensation and expenses of board
Each member of the accountancy board shall be paid an amount fixed pursuant to division (A) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day or portion of a day spent in the discharge of official duties and shall be reimbursed for the actual and necessary expenses incurred by the member in the discharge of those duties.
Amended by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1. This amendment is subject to referendum in the Nov. 8, 2011 election.
Effective Date: 10-22-1980
The amendment to this section by 129th General Assembly File No. 10, SB 5, § 1 has been made subject to referendum in the upcoming November, 2011 election.
