4561.21 License taxes, transfer fees credited to general fund.


OH Rev Code § 4561.21 What's This?

(A) The director of transportation shall deposit all aircraft transfer fees in the state treasury to the credit of the general fund.

(B) The director shall deposit all aircraft license taxes and fines in the state treasury to the credit of the airport assistance fund, which is hereby created. Money in the fund shall be used for maintenance and capital improvements to publicly owned airports, and the director shall distribute the money to eligible recipients in accordance with such procedures, guidelines, and criteria as the director shall establish.
