4506.21 Notice of conviction of nonresident license holder.


OH Rev Code § 4506.21 What's This?

Within ten days after receiving a report of conviction of any nonresident holder of a commercial driver’s license for a violation of a state law or local ordinance or resolution relating to traffic control, other than parking violations, committed in a commercial motor vehicle, the registrar of motor vehicles shall notify the driver licensing authority in the state that issued the nonresident’s commercial driver’s license of the conviction.
