4123.20 Publication and distribution of classifications, rates, and rules of procedure.

The administrator of workers’ compensation shall cause to be printed, in proper form for distribution to the public, its classifications, rates, rules, and rules of procedure, and shall furnish the same to any person upon application therefor, and the fact that the classifications, rates, rules, and rules of procedure are printed ready for distribution to all who apply for the same is a sufficient publication of the same as required by this chapter.
