3783.05 Board of building standards rules - fees credited to industrial compliance operating fund.


OH Rev Code § 3783.05 What's This?

The board of building standards, in accordance with Chapters 119., 3781., and 3791. of the Revised Code, shall adopt, amend, or repeal such rules as may be reasonably necessary to administer this chapter. All fees collected by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the labor operating fund created in section 121.084 of the Revised Code.
