If the board of building standards adopts rules under sections 3781.06 to 3781.18 of the Revised Code concerning the requirements an adult group home seeking licensure as an adult care facility must meet under section 5119.71 of the Revised Code, the board shall adopt the rules in consultation with the directors of mental health and of aging and any interested party designated by the directors of mental health and of aging.
