3721.533 Direct billing for franchise permit fee prohibited.


OH Rev Code § 3721.533 What's This?

No nursing home or hospital shall directly bill its residents for the franchise permit fee paid under section 3721.53 or 3721.531 of the Revised Code or otherwise directly pass the fee through to its residents.
