3701.905 Report of council actions.


OH Rev Code § 3701.905 What's This?

The council on stroke prevention and education shall, to the extent funds are available, prepare a report describing the actions the council has taken under section 3701.903 of the Revised Code. The report may include recommendations as the council deems appropriate. The council shall submit the report to the governor, the director of health, the president and minority leader of the senate, and the speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives not later than June 1, 2002.
