3701.902 Reimbursing expenses.

Members of the council on stroke prevention and education shall serve without compensation, but shall, to the extent funds are available, be reimbursed by the department of health for the actual and necessary expenses they incur in the performance of their official duties. A member may serve until a replacement is appointed by the director of health. Replacement members shall be appointed in the same manner as the initial members.
