3381.09 Bonds to be free from state taxation.
OH Rev Code § 3381.09 What's This?
Bonds issued under section 3381.08 of the Revised Code, their transfer, and the income therefrom, including any profit made on the sale thereof, shall at all times be free from taxation within the state.
