3354.23 Annual evaluation of pilot programs.

The Ohio board of regents shall annually evaluate the pilot programs. Such reports shall contain: its recommendations to the general assembly with respect to the continuation of the pilot program, its expansion to other communities, or the enactment of legislation establishing a similar program under permanent law.
