3337.11 Election of officers of advisory committee - quorum, rules.

The advisory committee of the Ohio university college of osteopathic medicine shall elect annually from among its members a chairperson, who shall preside at meetings of the committee, a secretary, and such other officers as the advisory committee deems necessary. Officers shall serve until their successors are elected and qualified. A majority of the members of the advisory committee present at a meeting constitutes a quorum, and a quorum must be present in order for the committee to transact business. The committee may adopt rules for the conduct of its business. The advisory committee shall annually submit recommendations to the board of trustees of Ohio university.
