The chancellor of the Ohio board of regents shall conduct at least one public meeting annually, prior to deciding awards under the Ohio innovation partnership. At the meeting, an employee of the chancellor shall summarize the proposals submitted for consideration, and each state university or college that has a proposal pending shall have the opportunity to review the summary of their proposal prepared by the chancellor’s staff and answer questions or respond to concerns about the proposal raised by the chancellor’s staff.
