Chapter 3328: COLLEGE-PREPARATORY BOARDING SCHOOLS
3328.36 Status as school district and board of education.


OH Rev Code § 3328.36 What's This?

A college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall be considered a school district and its board of trustees, on behalf of the school’s operator, shall be considered a board of education for the purpose of applying to any state or federal agency for grants that a school district or public school may receive under federal or state law or any appropriations act of the general assembly. The college-preparatory boarding school and its operator may apply to any private entity to receive and accept funds.
