Chapter 3328: COLLEGE-PREPARATORY BOARDING SCHOOLS
3328.32 Inclusion of students in ADM.
The city, exempted village, or local school district in which each child enrolled in a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter is entitled to attend school shall count that child in the district’s average daily membership and in the district’s category one through six special education ADM, as appropriate, as reported under divisions (A) and (B)(5) to (10) of section 3317.03 of the Revised Code.
The department of education shall count that child in the district’s formula ADM.
