3328.13 Adoption of bylaws.


OH Rev Code § 3328.13 What's This?

Each operator of a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall adopt bylaws for the oversight and operation of the school that are consistent with the provisions of this chapter, the rules adopted under section 3328.50 of the Revised Code, the contract between the operator and the state board of education, and the charter granted to the school by the state board. The bylaws shall include procedures for the appointment of members of the school’s board of trustees, whose terms of office shall be as prescribed in section 3328.15 of the Revised Code. The bylaws also shall include standards for the admission of students to the school and their dismissal from the school. The bylaws shall be subject to the approval of the state board.
