3326.36 Reduction of RC 3326.33 payments for payments to colleges.

The department of education shall reduce the amounts paid to a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics school under section 3326.33 of the Revised Code to reflect payments made to colleges under division (B) of section 3365.07 of the Revised Code or through alternative funding agreements entered into under rules adopted under section 3365.12 of the Revised Code. A student shall be considered enrolled in the school for any portion of the school year the student is attending a college under Chapter 3365. of the Revised Code.
