3325.10 State school for the blind - federal funds and gifts.


OH Rev Code § 3325.10 What's This?

The state school for the blind may receive and administer any federal funds relating to the education of blind or visually impaired students. The school for the blind also may accept and administer any gifts, donations, or bequests made to it for programs or services relating to the education of blind or visually impaired students.
