3325.02 Admission of pupils to state school for the blind.


OH Rev Code § 3325.02 What's This?

Subject to the regulations adopted by the state board of education, the state school for the blind shall be open to receive such blind and partially blind persons, residents of this state, who, in the judgment of the superintendent of public instruction and the superintendent of the school for the blind, due to such disability, cannot be educated in the public school system and are suitable persons to receive instructions according to the methods employed in such school.
