3319.63 [First of two versions] Granting professional leave for educator standards board service.


OH Rev Code § 3319.63 What's This?

The board of education of a school district that employs any person who is appointed to serve as a member of the educator standards board under division (A)(1)(a) or (c) of section 3319.60 , as a member of the subcommittee on standards for superintendents under division (B) or (C) of section 3319.611, or as a member of the subcommittee on standards for school treasurers and business managers under division (B) or (C) of section 3319.612 of the Revised Code shall grant that person paid professional leave for the purpose of attending meetings and conducting official business of the educator standards board and the subcommittees.

3319.63 [Second of two versions] Granting professional leave for educator standards board service

The board of education of a school district that employs any person who is appointed to serve as a member of the educator standards board under division (A)(1)(a) or (c) of section 3319.60, as a member of the subcommittee on standards for superintendents under division (B) or (C) of section 3319.611, or as a member of the subcommittee on standards for school treasurers and business managers under division (B) or (C) of section 3319.612 of the Revised Code shall grant that person paid professional leave for the purpose of attending meetings and conducting official business of the educator standards board and the subcommittees in accordance with the general leave policy the board adopts pursuant to section 3319.141 of the Revised Code.
