3317.50 Ohio schoolnet telecommunity education fund.

The eTech Ohio telecommunity education fund is hereby created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of certain excess local exchange telephone company contributions transferred from the reserve fund of the Ohio telecommunications advisory board pursuant to an agreement between the public utilities commission of Ohio and the Ohio department of education. The fund shall be used to finance technology grants to state-chartered elementary and secondary schools. Investment earnings of the fund shall be credited to the fund.
