3314.023 Monitoring and technical assistance; review of financial records.


OH Rev Code § 3314.023 What's This?

In order to provide monitoring and technical assistance, a representative of the sponsor of a community school shall meet with the governing authority or treasurer of the school and shall review the financial and enrollment records of the school at least once every month.
