3313.6010 Contracting with academic remediation and intervention providers.


OH Rev Code § 3313.6010 What's This?

The state board of education shall adopt rules permitting school districts to contract with public and private providers of academic remediation and intervention in mathematics, science, reading, writing, and social studies for the purpose of assisting pupils in grades one through six outside of regular school hours.
