3304.182 Percentage of funds for administration.


OH Rev Code § 3304.182 What's This?

Any agreement between the rehabilitation services commission and a private or public entity providing funds under section 3304.181 of the Revised Code may permit the commission to receive a specified percentage of the funds , but the percentage shall be not more than twenty-five per cent of the total funds available under the agreement. The agreement shall not be for less than six months or be discontinued by the commission without the commission first providing three months notice of intent to discontinue the agreement. The commission may terminate an agreement only for good cause.

Any services provided under an agreement entered into under section 3304.181 of the Revised Code shall be provided by a person or government entity that meets the accreditation standards established in rules adopted by the commission under section 3304.16 of the Revised Code.
