Title [3] III COUNTIES
Chapter 340: ALCOHOL, DRUG ADDICTION, AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
340.09 State reimbursement for services.
The department of mental health shall provide assistance to any county for the operation of boards of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services and the provision of the following services from funds appropriated for that purpose by the general assembly:
(A) Outpatient;
(B) Inpatient;
(C) Partial hospitalization;
(D) Rehabilitation;
(E) Consultation;
(F) Mental health education and other preventive services;
(G) Emergency;
(H) Crisis intervention;
(I) Research;
(J) Administrative;
(K) Referral and information;
(L) Residential;
(M) Training;
(N) Substance abuse;
(O) Service and program evaluation;
(P) Community support system;
(Q) Case management;
(R) Residential housing;
(S) Other services approved by the board and the director of mental health.
