Chapter 2129: ANCILLARY ADMINISTRATION
2129.17 [Effective Until1/13/2012] Transcript to be filed.
An ancillary administrator shall file in the probate court of every county in Ohio in which real estate of the nonresident decedent is located a certified copy of the records in the court of his appointment which affect the title to such real estate.

An ancillary administrator shall file in the probate court of every county in this state in which real property of the nonresident decedent is located a certified copy of the records in the court of the ancillary administrator’s appointment that affect the title to that real property.
