Title [21] XXI COURTS - PROBATE - JUVENILE
Chapter 2129: ANCILLARY ADMINISTRATION
2129.11 [Effective Until1/13/2012] No domiciliary administration.
If no domiciliary administration has been commenced, the ancillary administrator shall proceed with the administration in Ohio as though the decedent had been a resident of Ohio at the time of his death.

2129.11 [Effective1/13/2012] No domiciliary administration
If no domiciliary administration has been commenced, the ancillary administrator shall proceed with the administration in this state as though the decedent had been a resident of this state at the time of the decedent’s death.
