OH Rev Code § 2127.17 What's This?

In an action to obtain authority to sell real estate, if a party in his answer objects to an order for the sale of real estate by an executor, administrator, or guardian, and on hearing it appears to the court that either the complaint or the objection is unreasonable, it may award costs to the party prevailing on that issue.

In an action to obtain authority to sell real property, if a party in the party’s answer objects to an order for the sale of real property by an executor, administrator, or guardian, and on hearing it appears to the court that either the complaint or the objection is unreasonable, it may award costs to the party prevailing on that issue.
