OH Rev Code § 2117.35 What's This?

All executions against executors and administrators for debts due from the deceased shall run against the goods and estate of the deceased in their hands.

2117.35 [Effective1/13/2012] Executions against executor or administrator

All executions against executors and administrators for debts due from the deceased shall run against the assets of the estate of the deceased in the possession or under the control of the executors and administrators.
