Chapter 2117: PRESENTMENT OF CLAIMS AGAINST ESTATE
2117.04 [Effective Until1/13/2012] Appeal from final order or judgment.
Upon the hearing as to the allowance of an executor’s or administrator’s claim against the estate he represents, an appeal may be taken from a final order or judgment of the probate court upon a matter of law by any person affected by the order or judgment.

2117.04 [Effective1/13/2012] Appeal from final order or judgment
Upon the hearing as to the allowance of an executor’s or administrator’s claim against the estate the executor or administrator represents, an appeal may be taken from a final order or judgment of the probate court upon a matter of law by any person affected by the order or judgment.
