OH Rev Code § 2113.70 What's This?

An executor or administrator appointed in any other state or country, or his legal representatives, may be prosecuted in any appropriate court in this state in his capacity of executor or administrator.

2113.70 [Effective1/13/2012] Suit against foreign executors and administrators

An executor or administrator appointed in any other state or country, or the executor’s or administrator’s legal representatives, may be prosecuted in any appropriate court in this state in the capacity of executor or administrator.
