OH Rev Code § 2113.28 What's This?

The time allowed by the probate court to collect the assets of an estate shall not operate as an allowance of further time to file the accounts required by section 2109.301 of the Revised Code.

Repealed by 129th General Assembly File No. 52, SB 124, § 2, eff. 1/13/2012.
