Chapter 2111: GUARDIANS; CONSERVATORSHIPS
2111.44 [Effective Until1/13/2012] Sale of lands of foreign wards.
Applications for the sale of real estate by guardians of wards who live out of this state shall be made in the county in which the land is situated. If such real estate is situated in two or more counties, such application shall be made in one of the counties in which a part of it is situated. Additional security, which may be approved by the probate court of the county in which the application is made, shall be required from such guardian when deemed necessary.

Applications for the sale of real property by guardians of wards who live out of this state shall be made in the county in which the land is situated. If the real property is situated in two or more counties, the application shall be made in one of the counties in which a part of it is situated. Additional security that may be approved by the probate court of the county in which the application is made shall be required from the guardian if considered necessary.
