OH Rev Code § 2111.16 What's This?

Unless previously authorized by the court, no voucher shall be received from or allowed as a credit in the settlement of a guardian’s account which is signed or purports to be signed by his ward.

Unless previously authorized by the court, no voucher that is signed or purports to be signed by the ward shall be received from or allowed as a credit in the settlement of a guardian’s account .
