Chapter 2109: FIDUCIARIES
2109.51 [Effective Until1/13/2012] Imprisonment for disobeying citation.
If a person compelled under section 2109.50 of the Revised Code to appear for examination refuses to answer interrogatories propounded, the probate court shall commit such person to the county jail and such person shall remain in close custody until he submits to the court’s order.

2109.51 [Effective1/13/2012] Imprisonment for disobeying citation
If a person compelled under section 2109.50 of the Revised Code to appear for examination refuses to answer interrogatories propounded, the probate court shall commit the person to the county jail, and the person shall remain in close custody until the person submits to the court’s order.
