2109.22 [Effective Until1/13/2012] Marriage no disqualification for fiduciary.


OH Rev Code § 2109.22 What's This?

The marriage of any person does not disqualify him from acting as fiduciary, whether the marriage occurs before or after his appointment and qualification, and all his acts in such capacity shall have the same validity as though he were unmarried.

The marriage of any person does not disqualify the person from acting as fiduciary, whether the marriage occurs before or after the person’s appointment and qualification, and all of the person’s acts in that capacity shall have the same validity as though the person were unmarried.
