An encumbrance upon real or personal estate for the purpose of securing the payment of money or the performance of a covenant shall not revoke a will previously executed and relating to such estate.

2107.35 [Effective1/13/2012] Encumbrances

An encumbrance upon real or personal property for the purpose of securing the payment of money or the performance of a covenant shall not revoke a previously executed will relating to that property.
