2105.11 [Effective Until1/13/2012] Estate to descend equally to children of intestate.


OH Rev Code § 2105.11 What's This?

When a person dies intestate leaving children and none of the children of such intestate have died leaving children or their lineal descendants, such estate shall descend to the children of such intestate, living at the time of his death, in equal proportions.

2105.11 [Effective1/13/2012] Estate to descend equally to children of intestate

When a person dies intestate leaving children and none of the children of the intestate have died leaving children or their lineal descendants, the estate shall descend to the children of the intestate living at the time of the intestate’s death in equal proportions.
