2103.09 Estate by curtesy abolished.


OH Rev Code § 2103.09 What's This?

The estate by the curtesy is abolished; but sections 2103.01 to 2103.09, inclusive, of the Revised Code shall not affect vested rights nor any section of the Revised Code.
