Chapter 2101: PROBATE COURT - JURISDICTION; PROCEDURE
2101.20 [Effective Until1/13/2012] Reduction of fees.
When the aggregate amount of fees and allowances collected by the probate judge in any calendar year exceeds by more than ten per cent the amount necessary to pay the salaries of said judge and the employees of the probate court, including court constables, for the same calendar year, such judge may, by an order entered on his journal, provide for a discount of all the fees and allowances he is required to charge and collect for the use of the county by fixing a per cent of discount which shall be applied to all the earnings of said office for the ensuing year and shall constitute the legal fees of said office for said year.
