Judges of a county court shall not retain any of the costs or fees specified in the schedules adopted pursuant to section 1907.24 of the Revised Code nor shall they retain a fee for performing a marriage ceremony . Those costs and fees that cannot be retained shall be transmitted to the general fund of the county on the first business day of each month.
