The chief of the division of watercraft, after deducting the necessary and actual expenses incurred by the division in administering Chapter 1548. of the Revised Code, shall pay to the treasurer of state to the credit of the waterways safety fund the fees received by him under sections 1548.10 and 1548.14 of the Revised Code.
