1521.11 Certification.


OH Rev Code § 1521.11 What's This?

Upon the completion of the dam referred to in section 1521.09 of the Revised Code to the satisfaction of the division of soil and water resources, it shall certify the completion and the capacity thereof to the county auditor who shall thereupon make such reduction in the assessed valuation of the contiguous landowner as the contiguous landowner is entitled to receive under sections 1521.09 to 1521.12 of the Revised Code.
