Chapter 1503: DIVISION OF FORESTRY
1503.31 Forest officer is not entitled to any fines collected.

No forest officer shall be entitled to any portion of any fine imposed upon any person for any breach of the peace or violation of rules and regulations of the public forest. When the proceeding is initiated by the forest officer, all such fines shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund.
